Formal inauguration of the registration proceedings of the Congress was done at Kannur University Headquarters on 15th September 2022 Cherussery Auditorium by Hon. Minister of Tourism and Public Works Department Sri. P.A Muhammad Riyas.
Hon’ble Minister inaugurated the process by paying the delegate fee of the Indian Library Congress.
Kannur University Vice Chancellor Prof. Gopinath Ravindran, Dr. V. Sivadasan MP, Kannur MLA Sri. Kadannapally Ramachandran, Kannur District Panchayat President Smt P. P. Divya,Sri. Ilango IPS, Smt. R Rajashree, Sri. T.K Govindan Master, Dr. K.V Kunhikrishnan , Mukundan Madatthil and Sri PK Vijayan were present at the event who also registered by paying the delegate fee at the function.
