People’s Mission for Social Develpoment is a trust under the leadership of District Library Council which is expected to develop into a popular movement, with the Honourable Chief Minister of Kerala as Chief Patron and Honourable Minister for LSG as Patron, HonourableRajya Sabha MP Dr.VSivadasan as Chairman , Sri T K Govindan Master as Convenor and Sri.P K Vijayan as Treasurer. There is an advisory committee with the presence of stalwarts including renowned writer T Padmanabhan and other luminaries from various fields. A technical advisory committee consisting of academics including Prof.GopinathRaveendran,Vice Chancellor, Kannur University is constituted to guide the academic and technical aspects.
